Solid Sterling Silver with Blue Enamel

A 6th century design modeled after a processional cross from the collection of St. Catherines Monastery at the base of Mt. Sinai. In Greek the letters IC are the first and last letters of Jesus and the letters XC are the first and last letters of Christ. NI KA means “conquers”. Thus the whole insignia means “Jesus Christ conquers”.
