Solid 14k gold

Dimensions: 5/8″ wide x 1″ high

On the front of the medallion the Icon of the Mother of God “the Directress” is framed with columns and an arched canopy adapted from an 11th century ivory carving. On the reverse side is a cross with the letters IC XC, NI KA, “Jesus Christ Conquers.” This design is adapted from a 13th century icon done in metal relief.
